Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Manage the entire production process for specific product lines, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met.
Strategic Planning: Recommend and implement operational changes to improve efficiency and output.
Safety & Risk: Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure all safety guidelines are strictly followed.
Team Development: Lead performance evaluations, provide employee feedback, and facilitate comprehensive team training.
Problem Solving: Resolve complex production issues and bottlenecking in real-time.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Direct experience working within SAP or similar ERP systems.
OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

10+ years
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment (Level V expertise).
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or equivalent senior-level experience).
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for 60-80% of the shift.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% for site-related requirements.
