Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30a-4:40pm, Friday 6:30am - 11am
Starting Rate: $18.00 / hour (plus a pay bump once Forklift Certified)

Distribution Inbound Specialist (2nd Shift)
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 4pm-1am, Friday 4pm-8pm
Starting Rate: $18.00 / hour (plus a pay bump once Forklift Certified)

Responsibilities:
Option A: Production Specialist (1st Shift)
In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, making sure our production lines always have the parts and materials they need to succeed.
Conduct daily cycle counts of production materials and assist with year-end counts.
Partner closely with Distribution Specialists to ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Maintain, distribute, and restock incoming production materials using the Kanban system.
Fulfill specific material requests and execute inventory transfers.
Complete daily scrap documentation for the Wheel Build and Printer areas.
Manage and replenish weekly production consumables.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure compliance.

Option B: Distribution Inbound Specialist (2nd Shift)
In this role, you will provide critical logistics support to keep our supply chain moving efficiently. Note: A structured step-up program will be required once you transition into this role to guide your career path.
Provide specialized operational support for targeted areas (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and International).
Promote a company culture focused on growth, teamwork, safety, and strict adherence to SOPs.
Contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Learn to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Safely utilize stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks. (Prior experience is NOT required???we will fully train you!)
Operate all manual and mechanical equipment safely, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and proactively report any unsafe conditions.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- Forklift, reach truck experience preferred

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
To be successful in either role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams is a plus).
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a cross-functional team.
Equipment Readiness: Must be open and willing to be trained on and operate a reach truck, order picker, and stand-up forklift.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to stand or walk for up to 90% of your shift.
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and frequently lift/reach up to 40 inches.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
For Distribution: Comfort working in an active environment where moving equipment is common and frequent exposure to carbon and moving parts is expected.
