Responsible for ensuring that all production schedules are met with proper documentation and that products are completed according to exact customer specifications.

Operational Oversight: Manage production schedules and priorities for all finishing departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.Personnel Supervision: Supervise all production personnel within the facility, with the authority to reprimand staff for production-related issues as guided by management.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all production reports, booth inspections, mixing logs, and process sheets are complete and compliant with ISO-9001:2015 standards.Safety & Quality Control: Identify and correct problems within the production scope, ensure safety practices are followed, and maintain the authority to stop production when necessary.Environmental & Facility Management: Monitor the proper disposal of paint-related waste and maintain general housekeeping in all production and storage areas.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience is required.Industry Knowledge: A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a related finishing field.Adaptability: The ability to learn all aspects of the operation falling under the Plant Manager's authority.Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team, function within company guidelines, and enforce safety procedures.Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally while bending, stooping, standing, or sitting.Regularly works on the production floor where temperatures vary significantly between summer and winter months.Project Assignment: Must be prepared for additional tasks and projects assigned by management as employer needs change.Communication: Effective use of hands, eyes, arms, and voice as required for production floor supervision.
