As a Production Coordinator, you will keep our custom medical manufacturing operation running seamlessly. You'll connect our Fabrication, Customer Service, and Supplier teams to track orders, eliminate delays, and help deliver life-changing prosthetic and orthotic products on time.

- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (Fabrication, Production, Customer Service) and external suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve supply chain or production delays.
- Maintain accurate records and track orders using specialized internal software.
- Ensure high quality standards and precise timelines are met for every custom product.
- Communicate effectively across teams via written updates, email, and verbal check-ins.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Must be computere savvy
- Ability to adhere to the required closed-toe and closed-heel shoe policy daily
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting skills.
