Shift Details: 2nd shift runs from 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
***Training Requirement: Required training takes place on day shift (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM) for the first 2-4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
-Package finished products according to established procedures.
-Apply labels and verify product identification.
-Prepare products for shipment.
-Assemble boxes, packaging materials, and pallet configurations.
-Assist with production support activities as assigned.
-Move finished goods and packaging materials throughout the facility.
-Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking activities.
-Load and unload materials using carts, pallet jacks or by hand.
-Organize warehouse and storage areas.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Follow housekeeping and 5S standards.
-Remove trash, packaging waste, and recyclable materials.
-Support general facility organization initiatives.
-Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
-Report hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately.
-Participate in required safety training.
-Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Adapt to changing priorities and business needs
-Support team members in achieving production goals.
Working hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
-Forklift experience preferred but not required.
-Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Able to consistently lift up to 50lbs.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment.
-Great attention to detail and reliability.
