Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate automated manufacturing equipment, including packaging lines, conveyors, and blending machinery.

Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to all facility safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work zone.

Quality Control: Inspect raw materials (grains/seeds) and finished goods to ensure they meet high quality and regulatory standards.

Facility Care: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards; assist with basic machine sanitation.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, factory, assembly line, or packaging environment.

Specialized Experience: Previous exposure to food production, commercial baking, fulfillment, or agricultural seed processing is a major plus.

Technical Aptitude: Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and report minor machinery issues or material jams early.

Adaptability: Comfort with cross-training and rotating across different production lines and functions to support the team where needed.

Qualifications:
Reliability & Attendance: A proven track record of excellent punctuality and dependable attendance.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for the duration of a shift (up to 10 hours) and comfortably lift up to 35 lbs regularly (and up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Environmental Adaptability: Comfort working in a bustling manufacturing environment that includes industrial noise, varying temperatures, and exposure to grain dust or potential airborne pet food allergens.

Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to workplace safety protocols, situational awareness around heavy moving machinery, and willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
