We are looking for a few motivated individuals for a temporary maintenance project. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and safety of the units. You will perform a variety of hands-on tasks, including interior/exterior painting, minor residential repairs, and site cleanup to ensure units are well-maintained.

-Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic home repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
-Painting: Prep surfaces and apply paint to walls, trim, and exteriors with a high standard of quality.
-Unit Turns & Cleanup: Clear out debris from vacant units and perform deep cleaning to prepare homes for new tenants.
-Grounds Upkeep: Assist with general outdoor maintenance and debris removal to keep the property looking professional.
-Safety: Follow all safety protocols and use tools/equipment responsibly.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Basic Carpentry & Repairs: Ability to fix trim, adjust doors, or perform minor drywall patching.
Professional Painting: Proficiency in surface preparation, taping, and even application with brushes and rollers.

Qualifications:
-Manual Dexterity: Comfort using a variety of hand and power tools (drills, sanders, saws).
-Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout a full shift.
-Attention to Detail: Ensuring quality, specifically regarding cleanliness and finish work.
-Time Management: Ability to complete specific tasks within a set timeframe.
-Safety Consciousness: Knowledge of basic PPE and safe handling of cleaning chemicals or power tools.
-Team Collaboration: Capability to work effectively alongside other crew members to meet project deadlines.
