Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership: Directly supervise and guide a small field crew of 5?6 workers, ensuring high productivity and steady daily progress.
Site Operations: Oversee earthwork, grading, base compaction, drainage, and paving from ground prep to final striping.
Milestone Tracking: Track progress against key schedule milestones to ensure the project completes on time without delays.
Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site checks for grade accuracy and paving standards while strictly enforcing OSHA and job-site safety protocols.
Communication: Provide consistent project updates to project managers, local inspectors, and key contacts.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to work on-site outdoors in South Dakota weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain throughout the day.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ year of experience in construction management or site supervision (experience with civil work, grading, or paving is a strong plus).
Leadership: Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage a small team of 5?6 people.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret civil blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes.
Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30-Hour preferred; valid driver?s license required.
