Receive phone calls and assist members and coworkers with a wide variety of concerns and questions regarding general loan information. Work with all levels of the Credit Union Employees, Loan Officers, and Senior Management to ensure policies and procedures are met while maintaining quality, efficient, working relationshipsResponsibilities:- Receive phone calls and assist members with miscellaneous member service issues including but not limited to credit
