As a production assistant, you can work on movie, television or theater sets. You'll help the cast and crew members prepare for recording sessions and performances. Duties may include delivering call sheets, relaying information from the directors to the cast, organizing props and running errands. Expect to print scripts and other paperwork for the performers and crew members. You might be asked to escort actors to their assigned locations, and the director may need you to take calls. If you're working in film or television, you could be required to redirect crowds away from the filming locations.
