Spherion is hiring a skilled Performance Coach for a leading company on the west side of Indianapolis. This position will take place in a warehouse setting. Ideal applicants will have previous performance coaching, supervisor, or other leadership experience. A resume and interview will be required for this role. Mon-Fri, 8am- 430pm (30 min lunch and 2 breaks)Taking metal pieces out of boxes, unwrapping them and moving them to other containers. Won't exceed 30lbs. Steel-toe boots will be required. Other Items like gloves will be provided on site.Responsibilities:Taking metal pieces out of boxes, unwrapping them and moving them to other containers.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:Previous warehouse and unloading experience is a plus.Education:No Degree Require
