Responsibilities:
- Raw Material & In-Process Sampling: Accurately pull samples of incoming raw materials, components, and bulk products using proper aseptic sampling techniques.
- Lab Delivery & Logging: Log sampled materials into the system and deliver samples to the quality lab for analytical and microbial testing.
-QA Documentation: Maintain precise QA documentation, including logging test results, updating batch records, and filling out line clearance and cleaning logs.
- Equipment Verification: Use and verify quality monitoring equipment such as scales, torque meters, and other measurement tools per established SOPs.
- Data Entry & Inventory Tracking: Log quality data and track materials using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and company ERP software.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Identify non-conformances, verify bulk and finished product staging, and alert management to any raw material or production issues. Maintain a safe work environment adhering to company safety guidelines.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM

Skills:
- Technical & System Skills: Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word) preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or coursework in a science-related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, sampling, or a related manufacturing/cGMP environment preferred.
