Schedule: Monday through Friday, mandatory weekend work and overtime are required during peak production demands.
Day Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM- $18.00-$22.00 Depending On Experience

Responsibilities:
- Raw Material & In-Process Sampling: Pull samples of incoming raw materials, components, and bulk products using proper aseptic sampling techniques.
- Lab Delivery & Logging: Log sampled materials into the system and deliver them to the quality lab for analytical and microbial testing.
- QA Documentation: Maintain precise QA documentation, including logging test results, updating batch records, and completing line clearance and cleaning logs.
- Equipment Verification: Operate and verify quality monitoring equipment (e.g., scales, torque meters) per established SOPs.
- Data Entry & Inventory Tracking: Log quality data and track materials using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP software.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Identify non-conformances, verify bulk and finished product staging, and escalate any raw material or production issues to management while adhering to safety guidelines.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Technical & System Skills: Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word) preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or coursework in a science-related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, sampling, or a related manufacturing/GMP environment preferred.

- Technical & System Skills: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word) is preferred.
- Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using calibrated scales and standard lab/QA measuring equipment.
- Communication & Attention to Detail: Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25???30 lbs. as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor???s degree (BA/BS) or coursework in a science-related field is a plus.
