We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Clerk to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our outbound shipments. In this role, you will act as the final line of defense in our logistics process, auditing completed orders to verify that our customers receive the right products, in the right quantities, every time. You will play a vital role in identifying operational trends and collaborating with the warehouse team to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities:
Order Auditing: Conduct thorough checks of completed orders to verify correct items, precise quantities, and appropriate packaging.
Pallet Inspection: Inspect outbound pallets to ensure they are properly built, accurately labeled, and securely wrapped for safe transit.
Data Tracking: Document audit findings and analyze results to identify recurring errors or discrepancies.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the "why" behind shipment errors to help uncover procedural gaps.
Process Improvement: Partner with warehouse staff and leadership to suggest and implement workflows that reduce defects and boost efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Warehouse Experience: Prior experience working in a distribution, logistics, or fulfillment center environment.
QC Background: Previous experience in quality control, auditing, or inventory management is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or basic data entry tools.
