Responsibilities:
- Inspect components, parts, and finished products using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers and micrometers).
- Compare manufactured parts against technical drawings, blueprints, and written specifications to ensure compliance.
- Review manufacturing paperwork and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
- Clearly and accurately record all inspection results, data, and findings.
- Identify, document, and report any parts or products that do not meet quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality team members to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, general manufacturing, or assembly.
- Prior experience within the medical device industry.
- Familiarity or comfort using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
