This role is essential for maintaining a smooth, documented flow of materials in our Co-Packing operation. The QA Tasker manages the production queue, directs and delegates tasks to up to 15 floor operators, and handles critical inventory tracking and system documentation to keep the facility running efficiently.

Floor Coordination & Delegation
Team Leadership: Direct and delegate daily tasks to a team of up to 15 operators.
Material Flow: Coordinate with Co-Pack Line Leaders to ensure materials are consistently available for production lines.
Logistics: Oversee product movement into the area, transfer finished goods to the pallet wrapper, and ensure final put-away into warehouse locations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Direct hands-on experience using Red Prairie software.
Direct hands-on experience using Nulogy software.
Prior experience managing document control or quality assurance workflows in a high-volume warehouse.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
omputer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Leadership: Proven ability to manage time, prioritize workflows, and delegate tasks to floor staff.
