We're looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team and help us keep our production line running smoothly. Your main goal will be to make sure everything we produce meets our high-quality standards. You'll be the "eyes" on the floor, ensuring that every product-from sub-assemblies to the finished item-is ready for our customers, all while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind.

Responsibilities:
What you?ll be doing:
Inspecting Products: You?ll perform routine quality checks at different stages of the production line. This includes using tools like magnifying glasses, performing spot-checks (lot sampling), and using AOI machines to catch errors.
Following the Guide: You won't be guessing; you?ll use visual aids, engineering notices, and standard operating procedures to determine if a product is good to go or needs to be rejected.
Updating Our Systems: You?ll use our internal MES computer system to quickly log whether a board passed or failed. It?s a straightforward process that just requires some simple keystrokes.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with your supervisor and the rest of the team to ensure we're hitting our production targets without sacrificing quality.
Keeping it Safe & Secure: Safety is a priority here. You'll follow all health and safety rules and comply with our company security policies at all times.

Experience: You should have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in a production role (preferably in printed circuit board manufacturing).
Certification: You must be QC certified to be considered for this role.
Reliability: We?re looking for someone who can follow written directions and visual aids carefully and consistently.
