Product Inspection: Conduct continuous inspection of products during all production processes, including receiving inspections, first-piece inspections, and hourly inspections on liquid and powder lines.
Responsibilities:
Process Verification: Perform necessary testing and documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including water break tests, film thickness/adhesion testing, and E-Coat cure verification.
Documentation & Compliance: Monitor and enforce proper processing documentation, check traveling process information sheets, and ensure all products are correctly labeled.
Auditing: Perform final audits of ready-to-ship materials and associated paperwork.
Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain all quality areas, including the laboratory, and complete daily verification logs.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Training: Additional formal technical training is preferred.
Specialized Experience: Prior experience with gage and measurement system calibration or laboratory environments to support operations.
Chemistry Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques and chemical nomenclature.
Data Literacy: Understanding of common units of data reporting.

Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate required.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable of ISO-9001:2015 requirements and basic statistics related to quality laboratory standards.
Analytical Ability: Must be detailed and analytical with the ability to evaluate the accuracy and reasonability of process test results.
Organization: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily responsibilities while adapting to schedule changes.
Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally while bending, stooping, standing, or sitting.
