Join Our Quality Team: Lead the Standard, Ensure Excellence
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in manufacturing? We are looking for a Lead Quality Floor Inspector who doesn't just find errors but helps build a culture of quality.
In this role, you aren't just checking boxes; you are the frontline expert. You will be responsible for ensuring every part meets our standards and, more importantly, mentoring new inspectors to help them succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Lead Floor Inspector, your objective is to ensure accuracy over speed. Your daily responsibilities include:
Training & Support: Explaining technical concepts to new team members in simple, actionable terms.
Visual & Tool Inspection: Using tools like calipers (precise measuring slides) and gauges to verify dimensions.
Clear Reporting: Writing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to document what is wrong, where it is located, and how many parts are affected.
The "Stop" Rule: Having the authority to halt the line if you identify three consecutive defects to prevent further waste.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous Quality Inspection experience is required.
Background: Manufacturing or production experience is highly preferred.
Eye for Detail: You can spot a Burr (a rough edge or ridge left on metal) or Flash (excess material on a molded part) from a distance.
Safety First: A commitment to wearing all required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) and maintaining a clean workspace.
Quality Inspector’s Daily Checklist
Safety Check: Ensure all PPE is donned before entering the floor.
Calibration: Verify that your tape measures and calipers are zeroed and functioning.
Visual Standard: Compare parts against the "Golden Sample"—a good weld should look like a "row of coins," never with holes or cracks.
Documentation: Record all "Pass/Fail" results clearly for the shift report.
