This job requires carefully checking materials, parts, and completed products using precise tools like calipers and micrometers to confirm they meet standards. You will also be responsible for following all necessary procedures to maintain quality compliance and assisting with documenting quality issues (like Non-Conformance reports) and organizing important quality paperwork.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
AA or Technical Degree.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA regulatory standards.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills for documentation and information access.
Intermediate written and oral communication skills to comprehend work instructions and engineering drawings.
Ability to perform inspection tasks (including sitting) for long periods.
Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
Adequate manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
