Working full-time under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, you will set up, operate, and monitor assigned machines while taking pride in delivering high-quality production.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $16.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Production Execution: Work closely with the Shift Supervisor to produce assigned products according to verbal and written instructions.
Material Handling: Place and remove parts from cassettes and racks per specific part guidelines.
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously to ensure continuous production and minimize unplanned stops.
Quality Assurance: Inspect parts thoroughly and accurately document quality findings on required paperwork.
Team Communication: Communicate with team members and support personnel to maintain MMC quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, returning all tools to designated locations.
Policy Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per training.
Incident Reporting: Promptly notify management of product discrepancies, machinery malfunctions, or personal injuries.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Prior work-related experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment.
Previous Hi-Lo (forklift) operating experience.
Education:
No Degree Required

Qualifications:
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
Instruction Following: Ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written operational instructions.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision during part loading, machine monitoring, and quality documentation.
Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across shifts and production teams.
