What You'll Do:
- Pilot the process by operating a Reach/Stand-Up Forklifts to load, unload, and stage finished products.
- Keep the dock moving by ensuring pallets are wrapped, labeled, and loaded onto trucks efficiently.
- Play a vital role in the supply chain by ensuring the night shift hits its shipping goals safely.

Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate Reach/Stand-Up Forklifts to move heavy pallets of batteries and materials throughout the warehouse and shipping dock.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load outgoing trucks and unload incoming materials, ensuring loads are balanced and secure.
- Order Staging: Use RF scanners and computer systems to pull the correct orders and stage them for shipment.
- Safety Adherence: conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and operate with extreme caution regarding pedestrian traffic and aisle safety.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe shipping dock (5S principles) by managing trash, shrink wrap, and broken pallets.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Skills:
- Equipment Expertise: Proven experience operating Reach/Stand-Up Forklifts (Reach Truck or Pacer experience is a huge plus).
- Night Shift Pro: Ability to stay alert, focused, and productive during overnight hours.
- Spatial Awareness: Ability to maneuver heavy loads in tight aisles without causing damage to product or racking.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Adaptability: Willing to hop off the lift and help with manual wrapping or labeling if the workflow requires it.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Must have previous experience on a Stand-Up Forklift (Sit-down only experience may not be sufficient).
- Safety First: Must have steel-toed boots and a commitment to 100% safety compliance.
- Physical Strength: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when manual handling is required.
- Reliability: Must be able to work the full 3rd shift duration without attendance issues.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
