Spherion is hiring talented forklift operators for a leading company in Plainfield, IN. Applicants must have at least six months of recent experience operating Order Pickers and Reach Trucks. Candidates should also expect to complete general warehouse duties, and must be able to walk/stand for the duration of the shift and lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities:
-Putaway items
-Stage items to be shipped out
-Pick orders
-Shrinkwrap and palletize product
-Assist with other general warehouse duties as business needs require
??? Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
??? Load and unload trailers as needed
??? Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
??? Display a commitment to process excellence
??? Perform inbound receiving processes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
