Shift: 2nd Shift 4pm-2:30am (Mon-Thurs) with potential for daily and Friday overtime
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hr (Increases to $19.50/hr after 6 months)
Responsibilities:
Inventory Repackaging: Package and label part containers according to SEWS standards to meet specific customer requirements.
Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks and carts to move products and packaging materials throughout the facility.
Technology & Scanning: Use PC-based systems and barcode scanners to track inventory and verify product labeling.
Process Management: Distribute work orders, assist in training new associates, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Equipment Operation: Load and operate cardboard recycling compactors and organize pallets/reusable materials.
Safety & Teamwork: Follow all SEWS safety protocols to maintain an injury-free environment while collaborating with your team to meet daily productivity targets.
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Skills:
Previous Experience: Background in warehousing, repacking, or manufacturing is highly helpful.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with handheld barcode scanners and basic computer entry.
Efficiency: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity standards in a previous role.

Education: High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift.
Communication: Ability to read, verify, and apply alpha-numeric labeling accurately.
Availability: Must be able to work the scheduled 2nd shift and commit to overtime as needed, including Friday
