This is a temp-to-hire position where your precision and technical aptitude directly impact the quality of life for our end-users. Your pay rate remains the same once you transition to a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose issues and perform repairs on prosthetic devices using small hand tools
- Calibration & Testing: Perform precision calibration and rigorous quality testing to ensure devices meet safety standards
- Documentation: Carefully document all testing results and repair steps within our system
- System Management: Use SAP and Microsoft Office to track work orders and inventory
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- System Familiarity (SAP): Experience with SAP or similar ERP software is a significant advantage, as this is a key part of the daily workflow
- Analytical Thinking: A natural ability to troubleshoot-identifying the root cause of a mechanical or technical issue

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with small hand tools and performing delicate, precise repairs
- Previous experience with repairs, manufacturing and torubleshooting
- Previous experience testing finished materials
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in both the physical repair and the digital documentation of your work
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) for reporting and data entry
