We are looking for a Service Technician to handle the repair, cleanup, and testing of our medical infusion pumps. In this role, you will figure out why devices failed and make sure they are fixed correctly and documented properly before they go back to helping patients.

You will spend your day troubleshooting and repairing electronic medical devices, ranging from routine maintenance to complex mechanical fixes. You???ll be responsible for taking apart returned devices to find the "root cause" of a problem, fixing it, and then carefully logging your work in our computer system (Oracle) to meet safety regulations. You will also work closely with the quality team to report any major issues and may occasionally help train new team members or travel to customer sites to perform repairs in person.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Technical Schooling: An Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.
Tool Proficiency: Experience using soldering irons, multimeters, and reading basic wiring diagrams or blueprints.
Detail Oriented: A strong focus on following step-by-step procedures and safety rules (cGMP).

Qualifications:
1???3 years of experience in a repair shop, manufacturing plant, or a similar technical environment.
Hands-on Repair Ability: Real-world experience diagnosing and fixing electronics or mechanical gear.
Physical Stamina: Good hand-eye coordination for working with small parts and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfort using digital tracking systems to log parts, labor, and repair notes.
