Responsibilities:
You will be expected to troubleshoot and analyze device returns to determine the root cause of issues, performing complex repairs, rework, and upgrades on medical devices. You will regularly conduct Product Complaint Investigations (PCI), accurately documenting all technical results, and may assist with training new employees on service and analysis procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
A.S. degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with device tracking systems (like Oracle).
Experience with soldering, using testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes), and reading schematics or blueprints.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, process, and product knowledge.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2-3 years of industry experience in a high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environment.
High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with electro-mechanical devices.
Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with hands-on repair of electronic/mechanical equipment (e.g., circuit boards, small appliances).
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair down to the component level.
