We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to handle the repair, testing, and refurbishment of medical infusion pumps. You will be responsible for taking these devices apart, figuring out exactly why they aren???t working, and performing the technical repairs needed to get them back into service.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform both routine and complex repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on specialized medical devices. You will be expected to troubleshoot returned equipment to find the "root cause" of technical issues and perform the necessary fixes to ensure the device is fully functional. Additionally, you will carefully document all repair work and investigation results in our tracking system (Oracle) while working closely with Quality and Engineering teams to make sure every repair meets strict safety and industry standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with soldering, using multimeters, and reading technical blueprints or schematics.
A background in fixing things like circuit boards (PCBs), gaming consoles, or small appliances.
Experience in a "high-tech" manufacturing or repair shop environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1???3 years of professional experience in a technical repair or manufacturing role???this is not an entry-level position.
Strong hands-on experience with small-part repair and high manual dexterity for working with delicate electro-mechanical devices.
Proven ability to analyze a technical problem and follow through until it is fixed.
High School diploma or GED (an Associate???s degree in a technical field is a plus).
