Base Pay: $20.00 per hour + $1.50 shift differential.
Hours: Days 6a-6p Nights 6p-6a on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
As a Roll Form Associate, you will be the backbone of our accessory production line. You'll handle everything from technical machine setup to the final packaging of products. This role requires a blend of mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to following strict safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities:
Production & Operation: Set up tooling, operate roll-forming machinery, and produce cartons in quantities specified by production tickets (MTO, Kanban, or product delay cards).
Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks at required intervals to ensure every part meets our rigorous specifications.
Material Handling: Assemble cartons, pack finished pieces, and load sealed cartons onto dollies for warehouse transport.
Safety & Maintenance: Proactively eliminate safety hazards, minimize equipment downtime, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Waste Management: Properly segregate recyclable materials and hazardous waste while taking active steps to minimize overall waste generation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, legible production records, quality checks, and manifest transactions.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Industry Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Procedural Knowledge: Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specialized production cards (Kanban).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Basic Math: Proficient in basic math skills as required for production counts and measurements.
Technical Tooling: Ability to use measuring tools and operate equipment such as overhead cranes, tuggers, and hand tools.
Physical Stamina: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually (above shoulder height and below the waist).
Capacity for extensive standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting throughout a 12-hour shift.
Reliability: A positive attitude and a track record of excellent attendance.
