Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Deep Cleaning: Clean and sanitize food processing equipment, production lines, floors, and walls using approved cleaning agents and sanitizers.
Chemical Safety: Safely mix, handle, and apply cleaning chemicals according to company safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
Waste Disposal: Remove trash, debris, and production waste from the facility.
Compliance & Quality: Follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the facility meets FDA and USDA standards.
Inspection Ready: Disassemble equipment for cleaning and reassemble it properly, checking for any maintenance issues.
Working hours: 2:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Experience with pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to reliably commit to the 2:30 AM ??? 11:00 AM shift.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs up to 10-hour shift. Comfortable working in both hot and wet environments.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and a commitment to food safety.
