In this role, you will set up, calibrate, and operate automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing machines, mix and prepare printing materials, and perform precise pre- and post-production quality inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, mix/prep materials, and operate automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing machines per job specifications.

- Visually inspect for product defects.
- Perform pre- and post-print inspections to ensure parts meet criteria and tolerances.
- Achieve required hourly production rates post-training.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
- Prior screen-printing experience preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials
and Assembly drawings.
- Experience of 2-3 years minimum working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to train on day shift then move to the mid-shift once training completed.
