The position offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though some overtime may be required based on production needs.
Responsibilities:
Team members will be responsible for setting up, preparing, and operating silk screening machines according to specifications and work orders. This includes operating computers to generate patterns and utilizing manual/automatic presses, dryers, and light tables.
*Staff will regularly rotate between the following positions:
* Prescreen: Opening boxes and laying out garments for screening.
* Screener: Operating manual or automatic presses.
*Catcher: Removing finished products from the curing system and boxing them.
* Preparing components and packaging materials.
* Counting and packing small to medium parts or products into bags or cases.
* Utilizing an auto-bagger machine to create kits.
* Cross-checking completed units against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
* Applying special labels as necessary.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
*Mobility: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

*Lifting: Frequently required to lift and manipulate up to 45 lbs.
*Communication: Ability to talk and hear clearly in a production environment.
*Vision: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
* 2+ years of warehouse experience
