We are seeking a highly self-directed and detail-oriented Senior Supplier Quality Inspector to perform advanced product quality inspections directly at supplier locations. Serving as an on-site quality presence, this role ensures all components and finished medical devices meet critical-to-quality requirements, specifications, and regulatory expectations. Responsibilities:
-Conduct on-site product inspections at supplier facilities using appropriate gaging, metrology tools, and inspection methods to verify conformance to specifications.
-Develop, refine, and document SOPs, work instructions, and customized inspection plans tailored to supplier processes.
-Independently generate detailed inspection records, reports, and supplier feedback summaries.
-Evaluate supplier-provided inspection data to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with quality standards.
-Partner with development and design engineering to identify critical-to-quality characteristics and align activities with risk-based quality expectations.
-Support CAPA activities related to supplier performance, inspection failures, and recurring quality issues.
-Assist with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gauge R&R studies to validate measurement systems and inspection methods.
-Act as a subject matter expert for supplier-related inspection processes and guide supplier personnel or new internal team members.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Prior experience performing quality inspections directly at supplier sites.
-Knowledgeable in gauging and measurement system validation techniques.
-American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification.
-Background in developing and maintaining technical SOPs and Work Instructions.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Minimum 4 years of product quality inspection experience in the medical device field.
-Valid Driver's License.
-Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in fast-paced supplier environments.
-Strong capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, product prints, specifications, and GD&T.
-Detailed knowledge of non-destructive testing, inspection techniques, and metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, go/no-go gauges).
-Working knowledge of medical device quality system regulations (FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, cGMP, cGDP, EU MDR).
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong mathematical capabilities (units of measure, fractions, decimals) and critical thinking skills.
