What You'll Do:
- Maintain the flow of the warehouse by picking, packaging, and labeling finished products.
- Ensure accuracy by using computer systems to pick, pack, and label finished products for customers.
- Play a vital role in quality control and keeping the supply chain moving efficiently.

- SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 2PM-10:30PM.
- PAY: $16/hr, weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and palletize batteries and materials according to customer specifications.
- Quality Control: Perform final visual checks on products, including polishing and testing, to ensure shipments meet strict quality standards.
- Material Handling: Use hand trucks and manual pallet jacks to safely move raw materials and finished goods to the staging area.
- Documentation: Ensure inventory accuracy by using computer systems to record production counts and update shipment statuses.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S principles) by clearing debris and organizing packing materials.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
- Pace & Stamina: Ability to maintain a high level of energy and speed throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems to track inventory and manage labels.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy to ensure the right labels go on the right shipments and no defects are missed.
- Physical Strength: Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (batteries/materials).
- Adaptability: A "can-do" spirit-willing to jump in and help the team with general line work or cleaning tasks if volume slows down.

- Safety First: Must have steel-toed boots (Required for facility safety).
- Math Skills: Basic math skills are needed for verifying counts and inventory.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must be able to work the full duration of the shift without being micromanaged.
