Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming customer products against purchase orders; generate shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, and invoices.

- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight) to schedule pickups and track outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain, organize, and update inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for raw materials, shipping supplies, and finished goods.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Select orders and package them for shippment.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict, specialized packaging and shipping instructions.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Generally 2+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping, or inventory control.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- ! year minimum of Sitdown Forklift experience in confined spaces.
