-Receives products into the pharmacy by using a scanner to scan containers' barcodes and document inventory; transporting products to the next production station; and organizing and distributing merchandise and inventory.-Stocks drugs by pushing carts to the assigned pharmacy location; placing drugs on shelves in the designated locations; storing excess drugs on the overstock shelves or racks; stocking drugs by date; and driving forklift to transport skid items in the pharmacy.-Packs prescriptions for shipment by packing the prescriptions; scanning the leaflet and medication; placing the package on a conveyor to deliver it to the sorter; packing temperature sensitive medication according to drug specifications; ensuring needed supplies are included in each shipment; stocking workstations with needed supplies for packing and processing shipments; and processing and labeling shipments using approved carrier software and equipment.-Closes totes and places on skids for shipping by removing tote from the sort line; closing tote out of production; placing manifest in the tote; strapping tote to secure it for shipment; placing tote on a skid; shrink wrapping skid; and moving it to the shipping dock for transport to the distribution center.-Sorts drugs by assigning location codes to each drug; scanning each drug type to generate a label containing the location code; attaching label to each drug type; and sorting drugs to a roll cart or tote.-Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
