Spherion Vermont is seeking a motivated and process-oriented Shipping and Receiving professional to join one of Vermont's top employers, growing at a rapid pace. This candidate will have the opportunity to manage the inbound and outbound flow of inventory and materials in and out of warehousing and production environments. The role will have a major responsibility to maintain accurate inventory and material labeling.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the production team in multiple areas to provide materials.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements from warehouse and production environments.
- Perform day-to-day operations which include the use of powerlifting equipment.
- Receiving inbound parts/supplies and recording quantities of materials to the ERP system.
- Validating inbound quality documents against check sheets.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience working in logistics, ordering, inventory, and material movements is preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems (PLEX, Oracle, SAP etc).
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite including Drive, Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- All-around good person and fun to work with.
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment with experience in aerospace, automotive, or a startup preferred.
