What You'll Do:
- Pilot the process by operating Sit-Down Forklifts to load outbound trucks and move finished products.
- Keep the dock moving by ensuring pallets are stacked securely and staged correctly for shipment.
- Play a vital role in the supply chain by ensuring the 2nd shift team meets its shipping quotas safely.

Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate Sit-Down Forklifts to transport heavy pallets of batteries and materials across the shipping dock.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load semi-trailers with finished goods, ensuring weight is distributed evenly and loads are secure for transport.
- Order Staging: Use RF scanners and computer systems to identify, pick, and stage orders accurately before loading.
- Safety Adherence: Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections (checking brakes, horns, tires) and maintain constant awareness of pedestrian traffic.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe shipping dock (5S principles) by clearing debris and organizing empty pallets.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
- Dock Experience: Previous experience working on a busy shipping dock loading and unloading 53-foot trailers is highly preferred.
- Equipment Expertise: Proven track record of safe operation on Sit-Down Propane or Electric Forklifts.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using handheld RF scanners to track inventory moves.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to match shipping labels to manifest sheets to ensure the right customer gets the right product.
- Pace & Stamina: Ability to keep up with the flow of production during the busy evening shift.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Must have previous experience on a Sit-Down Forklift.
- Safety First: Must have steel-toed boots and a commitment to 100% safety compliance.
- Physical Strength: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when manual handling or restacking is required.
- Reliability: Must be able to work the full 2nd shift duration without attendance issues.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
