Seeking a Forklift Operator for the Ogden Plant/Warehouse to move, stage, load, and unload goods in a dry warehouse and manufacturing environment. This hourly position ($22.32/hr) runs on a Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 4:45 AM - 1:15 PM, with every other weekend required) and primary duties center around operating sit-down forklift equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down (counterbalance) forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments in ambient warehouse conditions.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory, locate goods, and complete work orders.
- Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections to ensure safe machinery operation.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required during staging and loading procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and warehouse procedures.
Working hours: 4:45 AM - 1:15 PM

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional sit-down forklift operating experience.
- Valid Driver's License. Proficiency with sit-down counterbalance forklifts and RF scanners.
- Strong safety consciousness, physical resilience, high punctuality, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen and criminal background check.
