Schedule and Compensation
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00 per hour for entry-level (pay increases based on your level of experience).
Employment Type: Full-time.
Available Shifts: * 12-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
8-Hour Shifts: 1st (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), or 3rd (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
As a Machine Operator, you are the guardian of product consistency and quality. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mixing, blending equipment, ensuring every recipe is followed to perfection while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and upkeep of mixing, blending, and evaporation equipment to efficiently concentrate liquids.
- Perform regular sampling, labeling, and testing every 30?60 minutes.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Adhere to stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Interpret engineering designs and maintain organized production records.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience as a blender, evaporator, or fermentation operator, or a similar role specifically within the food manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations.
- Experience using ERP/MES (Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Execution Systems) and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- A deep understanding of food safety standards, hygiene, and quality control principles within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years previous experience in food manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
- A solid understanding of the quality assurance side of production is required.
- Knowledge of machinery, control systems, and the ability to perform mathematical computations.
- Ability to lift 50 to 60 lbs. repetitively, stand for long periods, and work in high-temperature environments'.
