Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor automated SMT assembly equipment (pick-and-place, reflow ovens, and screen printers)
- Component Loading: Load and replenish electronic components onto machine feeders to keep production lines running
- Quality Checks: Perform visual checks using microscopes to catch defects early
- Teamwork: Work with engineering to improve processes and assist other operators when needed
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards
- Experience on AOI or X-Ray Machines
- 3+ years working on PCB electronic components
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
3+ years of experience
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience operating automated SMT machinery
- Ability to identify electronic components, part markings, and polarity
- Comfort reading work instructions and using a computer for technical documents
- Able to work under a microscope for subassembly needs
- High School Diploma or GED
