Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering and rework on Through-Hole components for printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Handle basic wiring and connector placement (both solder and crimp)
- Conduct simple go/no-go testing and product inspections using basic tools and instructions
- Assist with general mechanical assembly builds
- Use digital ERP system to log completed work
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of electronics assembly experience
- Prior experience or knowledge working to IPC-A-610 standards
- Ability to test and verify basic ESD equipment (like wrist straps)
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
2+ years
Required Qualifications:
- Proven comfort and proficiency with hand-soldering, wiring, and basic PCB rework
- Comfortable using microscopes, soldering irons, and tweezers
- Comfort with close-up vision focus, handling small components, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to read and follow bills-of-materials (BOMs) and assembly drawings
