We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Team Leads to oversee the physical assembly, installation, and inventory tracking of data center infrastructure. In this role, you will lead shift activities to ensure servers and electronic components are built and deployed with 100% accuracy. You will serve as a key point of contact on-site, balancing hands-on technical work-like populating server racks and managing inventory-with leadership responsibilities like coaching, delegating tasks, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Delegation: Oversee daily shift operations, delegate tasks to the build team, and provide active coaching to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
Server & Rack Assembly: Perform and oversee the placement of server racks using laser measuring tools. Populate electronic components and route cabling into racks following technical diagrams and schematics.
Logistics & Freight Management: Oversee the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight. Manage shipping documents, records, and process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
Quality Control & Inventory: Execute daily inventory cycle counts and process replenishment orders for critical spare parts. Conduct meticulous quality checks on part numbers, quantities, and equipment condition.
Equipment Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic measuring devices, and material handling equipment (such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks) safely.
Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety protocols, daily process procedures, and maintain a clean workspace aligned with 5S cleanliness standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Problem Solving: Critical thinking and analytical skills to make confident, data-driven decisions under production timelines.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of related experience in a data center, electronics assembly, or logistics leadership environment.
Technical Aptitude: Strong computer literacy and experience working with warehouse management systems or inventory software.
Safety Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical safety and static discharge (ESD) hazards/protocols when working with live electronic equipment.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to frequently push, pull, lift, and remain active on your feet throughout the shift.
