Responsibilities:
Inventory & Technical Management
Dispensing & Tracking: Issue specialized tools, technical equipment, and MRO materials to maintenance and production staff while accurately logging transactions in the CMMS/ERP system.
Receiving & Technical Inspection: Unpack, inspect, verify, and properly catalog incoming technical parts, electrical/mechanical components, and MRO stock against technical specifications to prevent damage or misidentification.
Stock Replenishment & Requisition: Requisition inventory to maintain appropriate safety stock levels and proactively notify customer requestors upon arrival of non-stocked/specialty technical items.
Warranty & Repair Logistics: Package, document, and ship technical components, warranty items, and repairable assets back to suppliers or specialized refurbishers.
Auditing & Operations
Audits & Counting: Perform routine cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and variance tracking using barcode/RFID scanners or digital inventory tools as directed by site management.
EHS & Crib Organization: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe crib layout that complies with facility safety standards, standard operating procedures, and 5S principles.
Operational Support: Perform additional technical inventory tasks, cross-functional support, or duties as required by management.

Skills:
CMMS / ERP Experience: Prior hands-on experience using inventory software or maintenance databases (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Infor, or custom CMMS platforms).
Technical Blueprint / Component Familiarity: Basic understanding of reading technical part diagrams, schematic part numbers, or mechanical/electrical components (e.g., bearings, valves, sensors, pneumatics).
Automated Vending Knowledge: Familiarity with point-of-use automated tool vending systems or barcode/RFID scanning equipment.
Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of 5S methodologies, lean inventory concepts, or basic root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.

Digital & Computer Literacy: Proficiency in navigating structured computer environments, database applications, keyboarding, and digital inventory entry.
Basic Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, reconcile inventory counts, and maintain precise attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to adapt to dynamic workplace situations and manage occasional operational variables.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to occasionally lift, move, and transport items or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience in inventory, warehousing, tool crib, or technical storekeeping operations (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
