This position involves hands-on diagnostics, testing, calibration, and documentation of medical equipment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and test mechanical, hardware, and software systems for medical devices.
Perform preventive maintenance, programming, and calibration of repaired products.
Maintain detailed repair documentation ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards.
Follow clearly defined procedures and decision guidelines throughout the repair and verification process.
Execute routine cleaning, inspection, and functional verification on returned instruments.
Ensure work meets established GMP and safety requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth service flow and meet turnaround goals.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
1 year + experience in manufacturing, mechanical repair, or similar technical environment required.
Strong aptitude for hands-on troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and schematics.
Familiarity with calibration, testing, and measurement equipment preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical certificate preferred.
