Spherion is hiring talented General Warehouse Workers for a temporary assignment with a leading company in Brownsburg, IN. This assignment will last 4 weeks, but may be extended depending on business needs. M-F 6:30a-3p $20/hr; there may be opportunity for OT and occasional Saturdays. Candidates will primarily be tasked with labeling boxes, however, you may be asked to cross train in other departments as needed. Applicants should be able to walk/stand for the duration of the shift, and lift up to 50 pounds. Steel toed boots are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
-Label boxes according to department standards
-Efficiently picking orders and assembling product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and product ordered is packed and shipped free of damage
-Maintaining the facility???s equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion ensuring that product can be efficiently picked
-Assist with other duties as business needs require (for example, loading/unloading or picking/packing items)
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
-Familiarity with voice picking and/or radio frequency equipment
-Quality control experience
-Experience operating a forklift

Qualifications:
??? Ability to read and effectively communicate in English, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly
??? Ability to follow directions
??? Must have good visual acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
??? Must have no adverse hearing loss that cannot be corrected with hearing aids.
??? Ability to pass OSHA approved Jungheinrich material handling equipment certification.
??? Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
??? Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
??? Ability to maintain a high level of frequency & intensity in other physical activities including, but not limited to reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling & crouching.
