Spherion Fargo is seeking candidates for a temporary Packaging position for a Fargo client. The packaging department is responsible for the safe, attractive and efficient packaging of food from the kitchen to be sent for wholesale delivery. Qualified candidates must NOT have any food allergies to seafood or peanuts.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8am-4pm (flex end time based on packaging deadlines)
Pay $17-18/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Use of safe and sanitary practices of all times.
-Follow SOP's
-Keep work space clean and free of debris, includes sweep and mop of floors
Complete daily task checklist
Quality control
-Follow standardized instructions and portion measurements to ensure standards are met
-Record amounts of product prepares and leftover/waste items
-Follow safety guidelines
-Test components for overall quality
Cleaning and maintenance duties
-Follow a regular cleaning schedule of workspace
-Ensure equipment maintenance and service is performed on a regular basis in order to keep equipment at optimal operation with no downtime.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
