Spherion Staffing is interviewing for a temporary Warehouse Associate position.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations through receiving, handling, storing, transferring, and picking activities for distribution of products. Qualified applicants should have 1 plus years of prior warehouse with food handling experience preferred and 6 plus months of forklift experience.

Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Pay $20-23/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Respond to agency pickup requests including loading vehicles; Assist agencies that are picking up perishable products
-Sweep, dust, or mop warehouse to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in accordance with standards and regulations
-Maintain and organize loading dock, cooler and freezer area daily
-Coordinate and prepare orders; Assist with shipping/receiving of products including loading and unloading of trucks
-Check in merchandise and track inventory
-Pick orders from warehouse floor or refrigerator/freezer section
-Move merchandise from receiving and storage areas to shipping or designated areas
-Place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to product codes and/or warehouse safety standards
-Complete paperwork as required - File order pick up/drop off inventory sheets
-Maintain records of merchandise loaded and unloaded and distributed
-Keep accurate inventory and item weights to ensure conformance to procedures
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
