Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Assist in other areas of the shop as needed
Follow all safety protocols and properly use PPE at all times
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in aerospace, fabrication, or similar high-precision industries
Familiarity with working in fast-paced production environments
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Good problem-solving skills and adaptability
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience with TIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to pass a hands-on welding test during the interview process
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods
Reliable work history with minimal employment gaps
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
