Responsibilities:
Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of delivery operations, driver tracking protocols, and geographic routing procedures.
Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Telematics/ELD systems (e.g., Samsara) and Transportation Management Systems (e.g., Matrix TMS).
Communication & Support: Demonstrated capability in high-volume driver support, delay escalation management, and detailed email reporting to corporate and field contacts.
Compliance & Safety: Familiarity with standard transportation safety protocols, company policies, and customer-specific delivery procedures.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience specifically supporting dedicated automotive or spare parts delivery networks (e.g., American Honda Network).
Advanced proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting within Samsara ELD and CEVA's Matrix TMS.
Background in proactive account management, including creating and updating customer profiles and specialized preference logs.

Driver Tracking & Tracing: Expertise in real-time load and driver monitoring across multiple geographic locations.
Problem-Solving & Data Analysis: Ability to analyze operational data across multiple software platforms to flag and resolve potential delivery bottlenecks proactively.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for maintaining delay reports and liaising between drivers, internal stakeholders, and external dealers.
Document Processing: Sharp attention to detail in verifying complex delivery documents and customer-specific procedures for accuracy.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with drivers, manage customer accounts, and handle escalated service issues with tact.
